I recently had the privilege of visiting BSK as a student who is studying Early Childhood Education and Care, and I am incredibly impressed by the exceptional quality of education and care they provide.The space at BSK is filled with natural light, and has a huge outdoor area that is perfect for children to explore, engage in motor development, and foster a love for the natural world. Inside, the center is brightened up further by the children's vibrant art displayed on the walls, which really showcased the imaginations and creativity of each of the little ones who attend here. BSK offers purpose built spaces with glass doors between nursery, toddler, and preschool areas which facilitate smooth transitions, promotes continuity of learning as children progress through different stages of development, and supports children's sense of security and emotional wellbeing.The educators are constantly engaging children in enriching learning experiences and tailor activities to their interests and their developmental stages. In each room, I observed high levels of engagement with children actively participating in a variety of stimulating learning activities.The center takes immense pride in celebrating cultural diversity. They have a variety of cultural artworks and decorations displayed around the center, music and dance from around the world, cultural meal themes day to day and week to week, and more. This center goes above and beyond to create an inclusive environment where all children and their backgrounds are valued, respected, and celebrated.Their tradition of baking cakes for everyone's birthday strengthens the sense of belonging and community among children and staff. Their inclusive approaches extends to strong partnerships between parents and educators which were commendable. The center recognises and respects the parent's role in their children's development and they actively seek their input and feedback. It is evident that they embrace and value parents as equal partners in their children's education, which strengthens the sense of community here, and creates a supportive network that extends beyond its walls.All in all, BSK sets a very high standard for quality early childhood education, the children I met here are thriving in such a supportive and engaging environment, and I strongly believe that other centers would do well to emulate similar practices.

My son attends this early learning centre and yes it was difficult at the beginning, but the team at BSK were and have been exceptional through this process and Leo is now excelling very rapidly at his early learning tasks. Highly recommend this centre and many thanks to the team for their continued hard work and efforts. Very clean, Very professional. Also a big thankyou to the principal Beti Stevkoski as she is always responsive to any matter or issue and shows great dedication to her role as pricipal and is very humble, and always contactable by email or phone. We were incredibly fortunate our daughter was able to attend Bridge Street Kids Early Learning Centre at Hurstville for four years. We felt comfortable from day one, that the team of professional and friendly educators always provided excellent care and exceptional learning activities.

My daughter has been attending Bridge street kids blakehurst from the first day of the centres opening and both my husband and myself couldn’t be happier. All the staff are exceptional at loving, caring and looking after the kids. They are always friendly, happy and very attentive. There are so many creative activities that are planned everyday, games and arts that my daughter loves, including a range of extra curriculum you can choose to have your child sign up to ie soccer, happy feet, that are both educational and keeps them active and healthy.Beti the Director has such a hands on approach with the kids and truly makes you feel welcomed and part of the family. She is an amazing leader that I am sure her team look up to. I cannot recommend this centre enough. I did so much research prior to wanting to come across to Bridge street kids and I couldn’t be happier. My daughter loves all the educators and really enjoys her days there, she is now 3 and understands to tell me “ I love school” ❤️Thank you BSK for looking after my daughter and caring for her the way you do! It never goes unnoticed 😊

As a prac teacher of only being there for a few weeks it was such an amazing experience and opportunity to learning new things to becoming a teacher one day. The staff are awesome and extremely knowledgeable and professional, they provide amazing education and care for children. It was my first practice and I was quite nervous but they made me feel so comfortable and belonged. I miss them all!

Bridge St Kids Blakehurst is a friendly, professional, diverse learning centre. I was offered a position , and was supported exceptionally well both from the Centre Director Beti and my child's teachers. They made me feel so comfortable from day one and am so happy to Know my son is getting the best start to his learning and care at Bridge St Kids Blakehurst!
